I have some very good news to announce today. First Lipra Holdings Inc. has just completed the purchase of 4.1% shares of GameOPS.net from our parent company igad Interactive Solutions Inc. In line with this acquisition, First Lipra Holdings Inc. will be renaming our website to "The Official 1:43 Fans Blog Group of the Philippines". The son of the CEO of First Lipra Holdings Inc. is a big fan of Pinoy Boy Band 1:43 thus the name change.

First Lipra Holdings Inc. has also acquired 4.1% shares of popular Philippine technology blog Technogra.ph and the most serious blog on the internet, Noisy Noisy Man. We have no other details regarding the acquisition of these two other blogs other than that we'll be all under a single management --the son of First Lipra Holding's CEO!
