Noynoy Motorcade at District 1 Quezon City #juanvote

The night before, Councilor Joseph Juico told us that there would be a motorcade along West Avenue corner Del Monte Avenue. The supposed call time was 3PM but the motorcade started at 5:30PM. I wanted to join the motorcade but the freakishly strong rain made me decide that it was better to go home already. Strong rains was supposed to be a sign of good luck but the way things are going maybe Noynoy does not need luck.

My impression of Noynoy? I can't comment on anything right now(aside from the situation on his scalp) so I'd rather not make any. Check out the pictures after the jump.
