Blizzard Entertainment Opens Office in Makati, Philippines!
Blizzard Entertainment, the developer of the huge games such as Diablo, StarCraft and World of WarCraft, has opened an office in Makati City, Philippines just in time for the launch of Starcard II: Wings of Liberty on July 27.
The company has also announced that a dedicated battle.net server in Singapore will serve the Philippines and the rest of Southeast Asia.
Fadzly Yusof, Managing Director for IAH Philippines said “This is the first time that a major gaming company has opened an office in the Philippines. Through this, Blizzard hopes to be closer to the local gamers who have been patronizing Blizzard Products and serve them better.”

Oh so Gameloft is not a major gaming company? Gameloft Philippines has been around for a year now.
