Raspberry Pi Powered mini-NES is way better than Nintendo's NES Classic Edition
Nintendo's upcoming mini-NES can only play 30 games and requires you to buy an additional Wii-compatible NES controller for 2-player games. Modder draftmike made a few adjustments and created a better mini-NES he calls the NESPi.
The NESPi is a Raspberry Pi powered 3D printed mini replica of the original NES that features NFC, 2 USB ports, a micro SD slot, 2 mini NES USB controllers, and a fully working mechanical cartridge slot. The game cartridges are actually NFC tags that contains the game/ROM file.
