Stunt woman and American Ninja Warrior Jessie Graff went viral today as she performed a flawlessly executed back flip at The Emmys while wearing a six-inch heels and a glam gown.

Jessie is the stunt double of Melissa Benoist at the CW superhero series Supergirl and a record holder at NBC's American Ninja Warriors. She's one bad ass woman but managed to stay elegant all the same.
