UFC 207: Amanda Nunes Defeats Ronda Rousey

Many had doubts that Ronda was ready. After her devastating defeat to Holly Holm we all thought Ronda was going to come back stronger and tougher but it wasn't meant to be.

There was a suspicious media blackout after the lost. Followed by reports that Ronda contemplated suicide.

The fight itself was surprising.

There was the issue that Ronda shouldn't have accepted Amanda Nunes and instead focused on smaller fights to bring back her confidence.

The lost was not surprising. What was surprising was how quick Amanda Nunes dismantled the once undisputed queen of UFC.

While many commented that her career is over, it can be said that if she truly wants it she can still come back as long as she does it slowly this time. A new training team might be an order or simply to move to wrestling where her tag team partner, The Rock is waiting.
