B.A.P.'s MAMA Award Found in a Philippine "Ukay-Ukay"
K-pop fans were left in awe when a TikTok video went viral showing a fan revealing a trophy that her mother bought from a Korean thrift shop in the Philippines. What was more surprising was when she found out that it was actually B.A.P.'s first-ever MAMA award!

B.A.P. received the Mnet PD's Choice award in 2012 during the Mnet Asian Music Awards. It was a significant achievement for the rookie group, which had just debuted that same year. However, it is still a mystery how the trophy ended up in a secondhand shop in the Philippines.
Fans of B.A.P. were furious when they found out that the group's ex-agency, TS Entertainment, had discarded the trophy instead of returning it to the group. Despite the compensation they received after suing the company for unfair working conditions, B.A.P. never made a significant comeback to the music scene.
Despite the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the trophy, the Filipino fan who now possesses it has assured B.A.P.'s fandom that the award is being taken care of, especially since they now know its history.
