BTS' RM Collaborates with So!YoON! for Lead Single 'Smoke Sprite' in New Album Release
RM of BTS is making waves once again, this time for his feature in Korean singer-songwriter So!YoON!'s latest album. The lead single, "Smoke Sprite," was released on Tuesday, accompanied by a music video.
The 28-year-old rapper not only lent his vocals to the track, but he also co-wrote and co-composed it with So!YoON!, who produced the song herself. This isn't RM's first time collaborating with other artists outside of BTS, and it's always exciting to see him explore different genres and styles.
So!YoON! is no stranger to the music scene herself. As the leader and singer of Korean indie rock band Se So Neon, she's been making music for years. Her self-titled solo debut album dropped in 2019, and now she's back with her sophomore release featuring collaborations with Park Ji-yoon and Jibin of Y2K92 in addition to RM.
It's always a treat when two talented artists come together to create something new, and "Smoke Sprite" is no exception. Fans of both BTS and So!YoON! should definitely give this track a listen.
