GameOPS Brings Pinoy ShowBuzz Back to Life
To mark our 25th year, GameOPS is thrilled to share some big news: we have officially acquired Pinoy ShowBuzz, one of the original go-to blogs for the latest buzz and scandals in Philippine showbiz.
Pinoy ShowBuzz first hit the scene in June 2006 as part of the Pinoy Blogarista Network. Back then, it quickly won over readers with its fun updates on celebrities, juicy news, and all the hottest entertainment happenings. The blog’s very first post really captured its lively energy:
"Why hop from site to site when all the celebrity news, chismis, and scandals you want are right here? Whether you're a Kapamilya, Kapuso, Kabarkada, or anything else... Tara na sa Pinoy ShowBuzz! Ang Blogarista ng Pinoy Showbiz!"
For a few vibrant years, Pinoy ShowBuzz was the place to be for anyone wanting to stay in the know. But by 2008, the updates stopped, and the blog went silent for quite a while.
Bringing a Legend Back to Life
Even though GameOPS wasn’t behind the original creation of Pinoy ShowBuzz, the team is proud to breathe new life into it as part of our 25th-anniversary celebrations.
Here’s what fans can look forward to:
- A fresh, modern website design
- Exciting updates about today’s most talked-about celebrities
- That same lively, chismis-filled vibe everyone loved
For GameOPS, some classics are worth saving. We believe the fun, excitement, and connection Pinoy ShowBuzz brought to Filipino readers shouldn’t just be a thing of the past—it deserves to be shared with a whole new generation.
Whether you were one of the blog's first readers or you're just discovering it now, get ready for a fresh wave of kwentong kabogera and showbiz moments you won't want to miss—only at the new and improved Pinoy ShowBuzz, powered by GameOPS!
